Story on a Menu
I have never once seen a story on a menu. Never. But today my grandma took me out to breakfast at this local cafe/diner type place. Well after ordering and putting down the menu, I noticed a bunch of stuff written on the front and than realized it was the story of the cafe. Now it wasnt a very good story, quite boring and it wasnt really much of a story at all. But I did learn one thing I didnt know. It opened in 1927 and has been open ever since. Which is quite long for anything in this small town, most things come and close down just a few months after they get here. Nothing is here long. But at least I finally found a story on a menu.

I see little stories on menus from time to time and enjoy reading them, too. especially if it's a place I go to a lot or in my hometown. gives it an extra bit of richness. :) xoxo

ha! i also have never seen a story on a menu before... i have, however, seen a story that someone else wrote down on the back of one... it also was not very interesting... :)
